1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in Drone Soccer involves flying drones in a controlled environment, which carries potential risks including (but not limited to) minor injuries, equipment damage, and tripping hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Please note that the drones are designed to be risk free as possible, they are built inside a case and the propellors are made of soft rubber. Also the drones are flown inside an inflatable arena so the drones can't be touched while flying.
2. Safety Rules
I agree to follow all instructions from Drone Soccer Parties staff and to use any provided safety equipment as directed. I understand that unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the activity without refund.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Drone Soccer Parties, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claim, or demand for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by their negligence.
4. Medical Treatment
In the event of illness or injury, I authorise Drone Soccer Parties staff to provide or arrange medical assistance, and I agree to cover any related costs.

I have read and understood this waiver and release form. I am aware that by signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights.
