These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, events, and use of the Drone Soccer Parties website and services. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Drone Soccer Parties.

• “You”, “your” refers to the person or organisation making a booking or using our services.

• “Event” means any Drone Soccer Parties session, party, or activity you have booked.

2. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Full payment must be made by the due date stated on your invoice.

• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

4. Safety & Participation

• Drone Soccer is suitable for participants of all genders and abilities, but all participants must follow staff instructions at all times.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone acting in a dangerous, disruptive, or unsafe manner.

• Protective gear (if required) will be provided and must be worn.

• Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Risk & Liability

• While we take all reasonable safety precautions, participation in Drone Soccer involves some inherent risks.

• By attending, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• To the extent permitted by law, Drone Soccer Parties is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

• Events may be postponed or cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

• In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a credit for future use.

7. Photography & Media

• We may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before your event.

8. Website Use

• Content on our website is for general information only and may change without notice.

• You must not use our website for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

9. Changes to These Terms
